Any premium sleep set purchased at Mattress King is eligible for our exclusive 90 day comfort exchange program. Here’s how it works.

Any new bed you purchase will have an adjustment period. This adjustment period is the time the new sleep set and your body are getting adjusted to each other. The average adjustment period is 30 days. If after the 30 day adjustment period you feel that the mattress is not what you want for any reason, you have an additional 60 days to come in and select a new sleep set!

There is a $99 handling fee that includes delivery and set up and a protective mattress cover must be purchased at the time of the original sale in order for your sleep set to qualify for a comfort exchange. The new sleep set selected must be equal to or higher sale price than the original set purchased.

If for any reason you choose not to wait for the 30 day adjustment period before deciding to exchange your sleep set, a $199 handling fee that includes delivery and set up will incur. Once again the new sleep set selected must be equal to or higher sale price than the original set purchased and a protective mattress cover must be purchased at the time of the original sale to qualify for a comfort exchange.

A premium sleep set is defined as any Sealy memory foam or hybrid mattress, all Sterns & Foster, and all Tempur-pedic mattresses in full-size, queen-size, and king-size sets.

Special order sizes are not eligible for a comfort exchange. Special order sizes are California king, split queen, and Twin extra-long or Full extra-long.

Adjustable bases, clearance sets, as is floor models, and warranty exchanges are not eligible for comfort exchange. Any stained, burned, or torn sleep set cannot be comfort exchanged. Refunds are not available. Limit one comfort exchange per customer.
