It's already sagging and feels warm sleeping on the Tempur adapt after 45 days. I am using the same base I had for my previous tempur pedic mattress for last 14 years. Customer service felt it was my base wasn't "approved" and would not refund my money, so I replace it with another tempur pedic mattress. The mattress is comfortable, but I would recommend the cooling mattress version.

We've had our Tempur-pedic mattress for six years. We've never removed it from the bed nor have we ever slept on it without a cover. We recently removed the cover to spot, clean it, and noticed there were rips in the foam. We submitted a refund claim, and we were told that it was not covered under warranty because we had misused the mattress. That is not true they would not reconsider any information that we provided and told us we were SOL. We own three queen and one king size Tempur-pedic mattresses, and have always raved about them to our friends. Never again while I recommend this product to anyone.

We had a tempur-pedic topper on our old mattress and decided to upgrade to the Adapt Medium Hybrid. We love it. However, I am waiting for it to break in and hopefully be a little softer like the topper was, otherwise it is great.

The mattress took a few weeks to get adjusted to but has improved our previous back issues. Only issue is the sleep tracker feature should be optional. If you do not sign up and give up personal information the module has a light that never stops blinking. Hence the 4 star rating and not 5.

I ordered this mattress two weeks ago and it still has not shipped. I have called customer service multiple times and they informed me they sold me an out-of-stock mattress, which would add a delay to the delivery. Each time I called, they promised to send an email following up with updates about my order but failed to do so. They also told me multiple times that my mattress would ship the next day, but it still has not shipped. This is far from the "white glove delivery" that is advertised and promised in the order confirmation

Amazing how much our bodies can change over time. When I walked into store I was adamant about what I wanted - i.e., standard firm or medium firm pillowtop as I've had for years. Intrigued me that I simply could not find comparable one that was comfortable. I relented on my 2nd trip back to store - with the encouragement of my sales rep - and tried out this Tempur-pedic Medium Firm Foam. The difference was instantly noticeable, no matter which position I would lay. Having been so anti-memory-foam all my life, I remained somewhat dubious when I purchased but decided I'd let the 120-day sleep trial be my guide. Have only had this mattress for about 45 days and, to my surprise, I haven't slept this good in over 2 years. So far, no achy joints in the a.m. whether I sleep on my side or back. And my body temp seems well regulated throughout the night except for my cold feet. The cold feet situation is the only negative I have at the moment as I used to use a heating pad on my feet for a few hours each night. Extended time using a heating pad with a foam mattress is not recommended, so trying to figure out alternatives that work best for me, especially since I hate wearing socks to bed. Overall, hoping the comfort and ache-free sleep continues and that this mattress last longer than my previous "other brand" mattress. As they say, time will tell.

I love the Tempur Adapt Medium Hybrid mattress. I purchased a regular temperpedic about 20 years ago which I always liked. Decided to upgrade to a Tempur-adapt hybrid so I could roll easier in bed due to my advancing age and a sciatic issue I developed. Mattress is great for my joints with considerably less pain during sleep. Looking forward to many years of wonderful sleep with this new mattress.

I have been sleeping on the Adapt2 medium hybrid for about a month. I bought it hoping it would help my morning back pain. So far I wake up with less pain but not as much less as I had hoped for. I can't find quality sheets that fit a 12" mattress. Everybody makes 18" depth. I do fall asleep easily. As for me, the jury is still out so not a 5 star rating.

I'm a disabled U.S. Marine Corps veteran who bought a "premium" mattress from Tempur-Pedic because I have serious back and hip injuries and need proper support to sleep.
The mattress developed a small hole that kept getting worse until the internal structure started pushing through. Now the support digs into my back when I sleep.
I filed a warranty claim expecting a company that charges thousands for a mattress to stand behind it.
They denied it.
Their response? A generic template blaming "improper use," stains, burns, storage issues - none of which applied. No real investigation. Just deny and move on.
So here's the reality:
Expensive mattress.
Structural failure.
Warranty that doesn't stand behind the product.
As a disabled Marine connected with the Wounded Warrior community, I can tell you this: Tempur-Pedic just lost a customer for life.
I'm filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and I'll be sharing this experience everywhere I can so other consumers - especially veterans - know what they're dealing with.
If you're considering Tempur-Pedic, just understand: when the mattress fails, their warranty might fail you too.

It took a week or two to get comfortable with the mattress. I find the mattress quite comfortable after about the first seven days. I feel all around support without any sire spots. My only criticism is that it takes some time to adjust to the increased difficulty in flipping from back to side and the lack of a firm edge when getting in or out of bed. I think a firmer edge would be a big improvement for this hybrid. Since the adjustment period my sleep tracking score has been more consistent and in the " good range." I love the support this mattress gives. I also love the Smart adjustable base. I am able to get a slight elevation which has helped with sinus drainage and acid reflux.

Very attractive cover design. Showroom sample felt medium, but salesman should have "coached us" to more try's and other mattresses to be sure we select the right hardness mattress. We were "close", but a little too hard (selected medium, should have soft).

Unfortunately, my experience on this new purchase is not what I expect from tempurpedic as a repeat customer. The new mattress is too soft and not as firm as my cloud that i recently replaced. When I reached out to customer service, the representative known only as Vanessa, was only interested in it being a transactional experience. The response only mentioned how much it would cost to return the mattress, not what they can do to retain me as a customer. There are competitors that offer better value, which did not exist 15 years ago. This experience is not worth my time and hard earned money.

Somewhat liked this, but both wife and I got lower back stiffness when using this mattress so we op-ted for the Pro-Adapt and love it as it is a little bit less firm and little more forgiving on lower backs if you tend to get sore in that area, but then again we are older, but quite active yet at 71 and 78.

I love my Tempura-Adapt Medium Hybrid. It is very supportive and incredibly comfortable.
To date the only issue I have had is that when I went to register my mattress, there was no tag with a serial number on the mattress. I did not take it off. I looked all around the bed on the floor in case it had fallen off, to no avail. I wanted to register my product for the obvious reason of maintaining the warranty, plus the offered sales promotion. I called Mattress Firm (Beltline Hwy - Madison WI) to ask them about it. The staff member I talked to told me the that sales person I had worked with was busy, but he would convey the message to him and either he, or my sales person would get back to me by the COB of the next day. That was almost a month ago, and I still have not heard anything. The only reason I am pursuing this is on the off chance that something is wrong with my mattress I want to make sure there is record of the product I purchased with the company.
